The Axis Finger & Grip Ortho-Trainer is a precision-engineered silicone resistance tool for finger fatigue, grip imbalance, and general hand discomfort. Individual finger loops provide targeted extensor muscle isolation with 3 progressive tension levels (13LB, 17LB, 21LB). Hook-and-loop wrist strap for secure fit. Pocket-sized for active recovery. Free Phase 2+3 Protocol included. Not a medical device — consult a healthcare professional before use.

Insert each finger through the individual silicone loops and secure the wrist strap. Curl fingers downward against the resistance, then slowly extend back to the start position. Perform 3 sets of 10–15 repetitions per session. Begin with the lightest resistance and progress as strength improves. Remove if discomfort occurs.

Finger extensor strengthening has strong clinical evidence for improving grip balance, reducing tendon strain, and supporting recovery from conditions such as carpal tunnel syndrome and trigger finger. Progressive resistance training of the intrinsic hand muscles supports long-term functional recovery. Not a medical device — consult a healthcare professional before use.
