1. Dispatch & Processing

To ensure the highest quality standards, all Axis Stability Sleeves undergo a specialist quality check before dispatch. Please allow 1–3 business days for our team to process your order.

2. Delivery Timelines

We provide tracked clinical delivery to the UK and USA. Due to our specialist fulfillment process, our current delivery window is:

Standard Tracked Shipping: 7–15 business days.

Express Shipping (if selected): 5–8 business days.

3. The Axis Digital Protocol

Your recovery shouldn't have to wait for the postman. Immediately after purchase, you will receive your Phase 1 Rehab Guide (PDF) via the email address provided at checkout. Please check your junk/spam folder if it does not arrive within 10 minutes.

4. Tracking Your Recovery

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a secondary email containing your tracking number. You can track your parcel directly on our website using our Track Your Order page.
